I have taken two classes with Alison. I loved the first one so much, that I came back for more! The first was a private class, even with all the bubbly, Alison was patient and we all took away so many tricks. The next class I went solo to touch up my skills, still had an absolute blast.

What I can’t speak highly enough of is Alison’s eagerness to help students. She shared recipes, helped my diagnose my “plump” sugar cookies to now perfectly shaped cutouts.
